Independence Day Celebration at Yogeshwar Public School, Roorkee

Yogeshwar Public School, Roorkee, celebrated India’s 80th Independence Day with great joy, enthusiasm, and patriotic spirit in the school ground.

The NCC Wing warmly welcomed our esteemed Chief Guest, Mr. Shekhar Rana, Director, along with Mrs. Manisha, Principal, and Mrs. Manisha Gupta, Senior Coordinator.

The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag by Mr. Shekhar Rana, followed by a respectful salute to our Tricolour, the proud symbol of our nation’s freedom, unity, and the sacrifices made by our great freedom fighters.

In his inspiring address, Mr. Rana highlighted the true value of freedom and reminded the students that freedom comes with responsibilities towards our nation, society, and parents. His words encouraged the students to become responsible, disciplined, and patriotic citizens.

The students presented a wonderful cultural programme filled with patriotic songs, energetic dances, and engaging activities. Their confidence, creativity, and enthusiasm made the celebration truly memorable.

The entire school campus echoed with patriotism, pride, and the spirit of unity.
