Punctuality:-

-> Every child must be punctual in coming to school.

-> Punctuality as a habit should be stressed upon at an early age. To imbibe this habit we request you to make sure that your child reaches the school 10minutes before the school starts and it’s picked up by the prescribed timings.

Absenteeism:-

-> Please ensure 100% attendance of your ward. Leave taking should be only in emergency/during unavoidable circumstances with prior permission from the Principal.

-> The school does not encourage the concept of short leave. Parents need to adhere to school timing. If the child is not well, do not send him/her to school. No child will be allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without prior written permission of the Principal.

-> In case the child is absent from school for more than a day, parents must inform the school through phone followed by a written leave application.

-> To honour the children who have a 100% attendance throughout the year, we have a special certificate for them. Make sure your child is one of them.

School Diary:-

-> The School Diary carries important guidelines and must be carefully read and adhered by the parents and students.

-> The students need to carry the school diary every day.

-> Parents to ensure that the follow up pages-

Personal Memo (Students Copy & Teachers Copy), Paste Photograph in school uniform, Parents Photographs, Medical card of students needs to be filled neatly preferably in blue ball pen by the second week of April.

Routine circulars & notices will be sent on respective class groups and also written in diary. Parents are advised to check class groups and dairy on regular basis.
